We run 3 different classes each week. Level 1 for beginners,  Level 2 for the more experienced, and a Work Out session that is more energetic. 


All classes are online using Zoom.


Our classes are small with a community feel that supports us all.


Private sessions are a great way to quickly learn the fundamentals and get yourself ready to join a group class.

Subscribe monthly to access our library of on-demand exercise videos.  


This option is designed as a supplement for group classes, with the opportunity to practice specific bone strengthening exercises.
